One day, a man hired a carpet cleaning company who, over the phone, quoted him a price for cleaning. When the technicians arrived, they did a shoddy job, raised the price, and escaped into the night, quickly as possible. The man stood there on his still dirty carpet, with his empty wallet in his hand, and he shed a small tear. He thought to himself, "How can it be, that in this day in age of local online review sites like Google and Yelp, a carpet and upholstery cleaning business can do such a poor job?" Raising a clenched fist to the sky, he scoffed and shouted, "I demand better!"
